Strategy for Building Your Business
“Support your team to hit their goals and you will hit yours. We rise by lifting others.”
Downline re-structuring is one of the most important things you will do as you build your business.

Restructuring your downline in order to build a growing business is essential. When you enroll a new member, you place them in your organization where it makes the most sense for your growth — this doesn’t necessarily mean they will be on your level 1. When you move/place them under a different person in your organization, you will always remain their enroller, you are simply changing their sponsor and placement within your organization.
When it comes to who you place directly underneath you, you want to choose wisely in order to set your business up for success. You want to make sure the person you’re placing under you will continue to purchase 100 PV each and every month (some people require more of their front line – million-dollar real estate).
Additionally, you want to be certain that the people you place under you want to do the business and are going to help their new members. It’s important to choose someone who is on ER as that will ensure that they will continue ordering at least 100 PV each month. In order to qualify as a leg, the top of that leg needs to have 100 PV. There isn’t a magic science behind placement and re-structuring. It’s best to consult your upline to make sure you’re making the right moves for your business. They won’t steer you wrong!
The Road to Silver
Earning the rank of Silver is one of the first “big goals” most people achieve in this business, so go ahead and just plan on getting there. We know you can do it! The requirements for Silver include 10,000 OGV overall, two legs at 4,000 OGV each, and 1,000 PGV. When “stacking” or restructuring your downline, take a look at your organization and see where you need the most growth. That’s the leg where you will want to move your new enrollments! See, “stacking” is super easy!
I like to fill in the positions on my level one, then proceed to level two and so on. A huge part of how we help our businesses grow is by building with our teams and creating growth together. You need to continually support your team as well as their teams in order to reach your goals. Supporting others will always be worth it. The relationship between you and your team should be one of genuine connection and support. That is what will fuel the real, sustainable growth needed to hit Silver and beyond.

PGV for Future Growth
WORTH NOTING: 1,000 PGV IS needed to qualify for Silver. PGV is the total amount of volume outside of your two qualifying Silver legs. This includes your own PV. This needs to be completely separate from your two legs that are qualifying you for Silver. When you sell kits, instead of stacking everyone underneath those two legs, start thinking about which new enrollments you can keep out on your level 1 to start additional legs. This will give you PGV for Silver, but also help set you up for Gold, Platinum, and beyond. Which we all have on our list of goals, yes?
Once you hit Silver, you’re on your path to Gold! Just like with Silver, you’ll want to keep your PGV in mind. This will not only make sure you hit Gold but will also start building up your organization for each additional rank.
